Gotta give credit where credit is due. Hats off to all the Life Guards at the pool on Saturday. All were focused and Alert, extremely professional. Each one was very nice, patient with our children and explained pool rules outstanding. Most of all each one WANTED to be there. I can’t thank y’all enough. Each one of you absolute stand up character. Thanks you all and God Bless you!

Me and my family work out here quite regularly. They have all the gym equipment that you need for any type of workout. The basketball court is open most of the time. You can sign up for different programs and even a personal trainer. Definitely a great spot for any family. I have yet to try the water park outside. My kids are a little bit older so I'm not sure that it's really geared towards teenagers. But it looks like it would be a great time for any kid. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a laid-back gym environment. No pressure. And no intimidation. It's an awesome place to bring your family or go by yourself. My teenagers love it.

Used their meeting room a couple of weeks for trainings. Nice, clean and well managed indoors and out.
